"Waiter! Another espresso, please." Waiting for the waiter and a hot drink: in vain. Time bridged by creative idleness, boredom until falling asleep. Laconic, in sketchy line drawings and with cleverly constructed double bottoms, Alexander Gratzer tells of quite normal life - tragicomic, poetic, profound and complex.

With a preference for the small gestures, Alexander Gratzer narrates a seemingly trivial everyday scene whose profound core does not only unfold in the amusingly self-reflective epilogue. Ingeniously simple animated film about ordinary life and the potential of art. Tragicomic, poetic, complex. "Anyway, great. So clearly. So unequivocally beautiful."
